ShareCal is now Levenza.

We are changing our name to mark our company’s evolution and ambition: to elevate every knowledge worker with AI. The name comes from the Latin levare (‘to elevate’), and captures what we believe AI should do for every professional.

How we got here

We started ShareCal after working closely with executive assistants and learning about their daily pains: endless email ping-pong and high volumes of repetitive requests with little time left over to handle their most strategic work.

A few partners at Bain & Company believed in us early, when we were still a scrappy team of two, and encouraged us to build for the enterprise from day one. We did, in partnership with EAs across several firms who were excited by the mission to transform their roles. Our first product was an AI calendar platform that quickly spread through word-of-mouth among EAs all over the world.

For two years, ShareCal was a fitting name for what we built. But as we grew and expanded our product, the ‘Cal’ started to feel like a box. The box got tighter, until we were spilling out of it.

Today, over 100 of the world’s leading professional services firms and Fortune 500s rely on ShareCal. Our customers tell us it has transformed how they schedule meetings and manage their time — and they want more.

A new category: the operating layer for admin work

Beyond calendaring, our platform now includes agents for inbox management, timesheets, and a growing set of administrative workflows. Each one owns its workflow end-to-end. Together, they form the operating layer for administrative work — a coordinated system for the work that surrounds every role.

EAs remain at the heart of what we build; we’re now extending the same administrative superpowers to everyone.
