Role

Levenza is bringing the magic of personal agents to every enterprise, where the systems are messiest and the stakes are highest. You'll build those agents. They take action on someone's behalf instead of waiting to be asked, running real work across email, calendar, and every system a company uses.

The hard part is making them dependable. An agent that moves one wrong meeting or sends one email in the wrong tone loses trust it took months to earn. Getting it right takes memory, context, evals, and model routing under a cost budget, all working together, so people trust the agent without a human in the loop.

What you'll work on

  • Self-improving memory: learns what matters about each person from every interaction, so the agent gets sharper with use.
  • Context engineering: turning every system a person uses into exactly what the agent needs, at the right moment.
  • Proactive background agents: catching the conflict or the gap before anyone asks.
  • Adaptive personality: tone, voice, and length that fit each person and moment.
  • Experiences beyond chat: AI-native experiences across text, generative UI, and voice.
  • Risk-aware autonomy: deciding when the agent can send an email or move a meeting on its own, weighing the risk and what it knows about the user.

You might be a fit if

  • You've shipped LLM agents or AI products that real people use, not just demos.
  • You can carry a fuzzy problem across the whole stack, from the interface a user touches to the agent behind it.
  • You care about the people using the product, not just the technology. You own the design, the UX, and the whole lifecycle end to end.
  • You build for the long term. Every feature starts simple but is a building block: easy to remove if we kill it, and designed well enough to build on if we keep it. Prototypes can be hacks; what ships to users shouldn't be.
  • You plus your coding agents can do the work of a whole team.
  • You hold a high bar for your work and your agents', keep improving your setup, and share what levels up the team. When something breaks, you fix the system, not just the instance.

About

Levenza is an applied AI startup building agents that do real work inside large enterprises. Our customers include Fortune 500s and most of the world's top consulting and PE firms.

We've achieved profitability and are growing quickly with multiple millions of new ARR added in the last quarter and zero churn.

Our bet is that the highest-value AI agents are deeply embedded in how each company actually works. Every large enterprise runs on coordination work that horizontal AI handles poorly, and that's where we're winning today. Over the next few years we're building a digital workforce for large enterprises: agents with their own identity that take on whole jobs across the systems a company already uses.

We're a lean team that ships fast and stays close to our customers. We enjoy working hard together and building a category-defining company.

Applying

To apply, email [email protected] with your resume and a short note on a project you're proud of.

If there's a fit, we'll set up a couple of short conversations and a small project with the team.
